Billie graduated from the Lingnan University in 2019 with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese and Cultural studies. Billie acts as a liaison to onboard new clients and develop strong relationships with their medical management team. Billie also supports the Principal and Paralegals and acts a correspondent with potential, new and existing clients.
Billie brings a diverse background in social media content as an editor and understands client relations. She often acts as an interpreter for Cantonese and Mandarin clients to ensure their needs are addressed.
Billie is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
In her spare time, Billie enjoys learning Korean, watching Korean drama, travelling and exploring Toronto.
