Jacqueline is the Director of Operations and the Office Manager at CHAGPAR & Associates. She has worked at the firm for over 4 years. Jackie graduated from University of Toronto with an Honor’s Bachelors of Arts degree in French and English. Jackie also has a background in Process Improvement and Project Management in telecommunications and financial services. Jackie held varying management roles where her expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies reduced cost and drove efficiencies. With these skillsets Jackie is able to transfer and optimize workflow and productivity to reach organizational goals at the firm.
Jackie is passionate about collaborating with the client to ensure a superior customer experience and cultivating strong relationships to move the team forward to achieve and exceed goals. In her role, Jackie is responsible for the day-to-day operations along with finding the right candidates for the firm and encouraging an inclusive and diverse productive environment. Jackie has been integral in implementing various IT solutions and innovative technologies in the firm’s day-to-day functioning. She takes pride in the client satisfaction.
She is a mother of two girls in university and in her spare time loves to explore new places when travelling to discover the food and culture.
