Salina Chagpar was admitted as a member to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1994, having graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts in 1988, a Bachelor of Administrative Studies in 1989, and combined Canadian and U.S law degrees in 1992 – Bachelor of Laws University of Windsor and a Juris Doctorate University of Detroit. Salina is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates Society, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
After her call to the bar, Salina spent 18 years at a prestigious law firm, where she ascended to the position of partner. In her relentless pursuit of justice, Salina ventured out on her own in 2012, founding Chagpar Law, where she has dedicated herself entirely to helping personal injury clients and taking on insurance giants. Salina has devoted her entire legal career to acting for plaintiffs in personal injury cases, specializing in Mediation, Arbitration and Litigation. She has handled a wide spectrum of personal injury cases including chronic pain cases, fatalities, serious orthopedic injuries with expertise in catastrophic claims including brain injured victims, amputations and victims suffering partial and complete paralysis.
